This new district unfolds around two major axes, called Small Metropolitan Spaces. As central and main spaces, they allow both circulation and meeting, forming a real active square and offering many uses: terraces, relaxation and comfort spaces, work and play areas. A network of green alleys serves the buildings and connects them to the SMS. Pedestrian circulation is easy, on the scale of the garden. The lighting is adapted to these different spaces for comfort of use and subtly enhances the shared spaces.
