The city of Lille will soon welcome the Institute for Photography designed by Berger&Berger. The lighting of this old building, renovated and enlarged, will accompany users throughout their visit. It is intended to be sober and discreet overall, integrated as much as possible into the architectural elements of the site. For such a subject, the conservation of the works in the exhibition rooms is essential. The artificial and natural lighting systems are designed in accordance with this objective of preserving the works. The lighting schemes and principles also vary according to the type of exhibition space. Our mission includes the interior and exterior lighting of the building as well as natural light studies.
