Lighting design for two railway footbridges as part of the application of accessibility standards, on the regional express line from Lyons to Bourg en Bresse, France.14m high curved poles with LED spots provide a lighting level of 150lx on the stairways and 20lx on the platforms. The poles can fold down for an easier maintenance. The poles are set between the existing stairways and can be viewed from the footbridges.
